We aim to pack and ship every order with care for a smooth delivery experience.

Processing Time

Orders are packed within 1–3 working days.
Preorder items follow the timeline stated on the product page.

Delivery estimates:

• Singapore: 2–5 working days
• International: Varies by destination

Please note that delays may occur due to couriers, public holidays, or customs clearance.

Free local delivery for orders above SGD60.
For orders below SGD60, a flat shipping fee of SGD5.00 applies.

Free delivery to Malaysia, for orders above RM250.
For orders below RM250, a flat shipping fee of SGD8.00 applies.

For other international orders, shipping costs will be shown at checkout based on your location and order weight.

A tracking email will be sent once your parcel has shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.
We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their destination country.

Once a parcel is handed to the courier, we are not responsible for:

• Delivery delays
• Missing or stolen parcels
• Courier mishandling

We will, however, assist in contacting the courier where possible.
