Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order (Singapore orders only).
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
To qualify, items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Free from stains, fragrances, or damage
• Packed securely for return
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Sale or discounted items
• Wrong size/colour ordered (exchange or store credits only)
• Before item is delivered (after shipping)
• Gift Cards
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for non-defective returns.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
We will cover the return shipping cost only if an incorrect item or a defective product was sent.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability.
If the item is out of stock, we will offer store credit or a refund (where applicable).
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the situation.
Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed after approval.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos.
Please note:
Natural linen-blend characteristics such as slubs, weave variations, tiny fibre specks and occasional contrasting yarn threads woven into the fabric are normal and not considered defects.
